Divided Worlds
Looks like that closure might not be so permanent!
Having taken a piece of advice left by an anonymous visitor to the C-Box, I have placed an ad on ProBoards Support and hope to see an influx of new members in the near future. If this works, the icing on the cake would definitely be to see some of our original members return; especially those from the previous sites and those whose characters are important to the storyline, though I will most likely be deleting permanently inactive accounts and, if they are for canon characters, be putting those characters up for adoption.
I sense a serious revamping coming up, ladies and gentlemen. I hope to God we can revive Divided Worlds - and I want you all to be a part of it.

"I have my own Force too, Victor, that poor attack won't work anymore." Scorpius sneered as he blocked the lightning. He pulled a large chuck of earth out with a flick of Telekenisis and made it collide with Victor's attack. Scorpius was impressed that Victor had managed to block nineteen of his strikes, although the hamstring trouble Victor was having now was something to savour. "Why Victor, I'd almost forgot you knew how to sword-fight." Scorpius gasped with mock surprise. Combining two opposite Elements, Scorpius created a ball of light, then joined and hardened the cast shadows, and sent them shhoting at his foe's back.

Alaina sprang out of the tower, her cape billowing behind her in the rush of the wind. She slowed her fall, manipulating the air around her to land smoothly next to her beloved. Her hand lit up with pure electricity. "Now Victor, It's been a while, and yet you still have that temper." She smirked. Victor was still healing his wound and Alaina took her chance to attack. She moved in quickly swiping just at the damaged leg alone, but focusing on his every move. Just to be sure, she put up a block of energy to protect her slightly from any force attack. Scorpius, use your force, protect us both from anything he might attempt.

Splitting his focus between healing the wound and predicting Scorp's next move, Victor turned to face the former as he sent a ball of light and shadow rocketing towards his opponent. Narrowing his eyes, the Dark Lord threw his arms up - and a huge block of earth shot skyward like a great wall against which Scorpius' attack broke like water against rock.
Momentarily safe from his opponent, Victor continued patching up the injury until he was fairly certain he could walk on it - and not a moment too soon, for just as he'd predicted she would, Alaina joined the fight. Looking up at her, unimpressed by her display of elemental control, his semblant remained blank.
"I was wondering when you'd step in," he returned. "You're ridiculously predictable, Alaina. Your love for Scorpius is nothing but a weakness." He would've continued, but cut himself off as Alaina rushed at him. Deciding now was the best time to demonstrate his healed condition, he sprang up from his crouched position, Alaina's leg sweep meeting nothing but air. Launching himself into a Force Jump, he kicked off his wall of earth and flipped over Scorpius, landing some distance away and letting the wall slide back into the ground.
Looking up towards the lovebirds, Victor released a chuckle. "We really ought to do this more often..." Keeping a tight grip on his doublesaber, he calmed himself, focusing upon the flows of the Force to raise his concentration and direct it solely towards his opponents.

Scorpius smiled as Alaina flew down to him and attack Victor. sure thing, my love. along with a quick kiss was his reply. He drew his wand, and intoned "Protego." twice, first at himself, then at Alaina. It wouldn't do anything agaisnt more powerful attacks, but it should deflect Victor's sabers to some extent. Handing Alaina a doublesaber, he drew a Sith Sword in his right hand, keeping his lance of red plasma in his left. He stood defensively and waited for the oncoming storm.

Having been watching the fight from the tower, Maul had seen Alaina jump from the tower to help Scorpius. As he guessed she would. Maul laughed, before igniting his doublesaber and jumping down next to Victor. "Let's have a fair fight, shall we?" chuckled Maul taking his battle stance. This should be fun, he whispered to himself.

Alaina spun the saber around skillfully in her hands. Her and Scorpius had trained for many many hours together. And her past with her father and sword fighting made this almost too easy. You take Maul. Victor's mine. Alaina sent to Scorpius. And watch yourself my love. She stood defensively awaiting Victor's next move.

Very well. and You go careful. Scorpius thought back. He then jumped away from Alaina to face Maul. Chuckling, he siad, "Well Maul, looks like we are set to cross sabers again. I hope you have improved." And with that, Scorpius started the fight, swinging his saber up towards Maul, whilst stabbing down with his Sith Sword. This was going to be one of the biggest fights yet, and Scorpius needed to win.

Maul's timely arrival certainly allowed Victor to breathe a sigh of relief. It wasn't that the Dark Lord couldn't handle the Death Eaters himself, but it annoyed him having to fight two-on-one all the time. With Lord Maul helping to level the playing field, this little scrap would be kept interesting.
With Scorp engaging the Zabrak, Alaina was left to Noctis. The human went on the offensive, sprinting at his target. As he approached, he charged a ball of Kinetite and hurled it at the girl before throwing himself at her, wherever she may have gone, and attacking with a brutal downward swing of his doublesaber, charged with Force energy for greater power.

This will be interesting. Maul saw the first attack coming from a mile, he side flipped out of the way before swinging back his own saber, aiming swiftly for the legs. And if Scorpius dodged the attack, which Maul knew he would, he would follow up with another. The next attack not so easy to avoid. Maul then looked over to Victor, who had began his attack on Alaina, maybe to check on Alaina, but maybe to check on Victor. He was Maul's Lord and Master afterall.

Scorpius Flipped over Maul's predictable swipe, but did not fully avoid the cut that grazed his side, made non-fatal by Scorpius' reactions. Putting his saber away, Scorpius drew his other saber, holding one in each hand. He then initiated the same twenty-hit combo he had used against Victor in a previous clash. He hoped to injure Maul in the same way, giving Scorpius a chance to push the attack. During the attack, he heard a whisper in the back of his mind. "Scorpius. Call me out. You need my help. Call me out, Scorpius..." Scorpius' reply was as fierce as fire and hard as iron. No. I can defeat him with my own powers. I never asked for you to occur. So stay silent."

Alaina smirked seeing Victor's onslaught. She swiped her hand in front of her body making a wall of electricity to block the force attack. She jumped straight up manipulating the air around her to push her above Victor's head. She flipped over, facing down, and kicked the air to force her straight toward Victor trusting the saber in her own hand at his head.

Tucker watched the battle from the window of the Astronomy Tower. He folded his arms studying every detail of the battle, every flip, every strike. So far it seemed like a fairly even battle. Whoever won this battle would win over Tucker, that would show true power. Though, that boasting sith seems to need more help then he's willing to admit, calling for help.... A small smirk pulled across his lips as his eye's followed Alaina. Beautiful and talented.....death eaters held some advantages as well.
